4. Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected regions and may be subject to delivery-area restrictions, order-value limits, or other conditions displayed during checkout or communicated by our support team.

Customers must provide accurate payment and delivery information. We will not ask customers to share passwords, one-time passcodes, or complete payment-card security credentials through unofficial channels.

Our standard return request period is 30 days from delivery, subject to product eligibility and applicable law. Different product categories may have specific conditions where legally permitted.

Eligible faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy, including applicable return-shipping arrangements.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should contact support@dropferry.com for instructions about the available refund process.

Order cancellation requests should be submitted to our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation may depend on whether an order has been processed or dispatched and on applicable consumer law.
